Through a study of the high-rise buildings on the Paseo de la Reforma.
We can discover that the opened lobby courtyard become very common heritage on the ave. Inherited from this tradition, a sunken plaza would be developed with a continuous formal language from the mass.

Inspired both by shifted shadow condition and the form of Ancient Egyptian Pyramids. The new super high-rise seeks to take advantage of this irregular form to provide more possibilities for
compositions of public and private space.
